DELHI POLICE RECRUITMENT TEMPORARY CONSTABLE DOG HANDLER 2013
Recruitment of Temporary constable (Executive) - male and
constable (Dog Handler)-male in Delhi police-2013.
Applications are inviting from Indian nationals to fill up the following
vacancies to the post of Temporary constable (Executive)- male and constable
(Dog Handler)-male in Delhi police.The number of vacancies is indicative and
may undergo change any time before declaration of result.
Pay scale: 5200/- to 20200/- in pay band 1 with
Grade pay of Rs.2400/- and other allowance as admissible.
The recruitment will be held at Delhi for which candidates from
all parts of the country fulfilling the following conditions apply:
Age limit:
18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2013, Relaxation 5-years for
SC/ST, 3-years for OBC, Sports men (5- years for UR/OBC, 10- years for SC/ST)
Educational Qualification:
10+2 pass from a
recognized board,
Physical standards:
Height: 170 cms, relaxable by 5 cms for residents of hill
areas and sons of either working retired or deceased Delhi police personnel/
multi- tasking staff of Delhi police.
Chest: 81-85 cms, relaxable by 5 cms for residents of hill
areas and sons of either working retired or deceased Delhi police personnel/
multi- tasking staff of Delhi police.
Essential Requirement for the post of constable (executive)
– Male:
Candidates must have a valid driving license for LMV (motor
cycle and car)
Learning license is not applicable
Desirable qualifications for the post of Constable (Dog
Handler) - Male:
The candidate should be intelligent, hard worker and naturally
should be a dog lover.
He should be physically fit
He should have adequate knowledge about the care and
handling of dogs including knowledge of vaccination and common diseases of the
dogs, different diet requirement.
He should not hesitate in freely interacting with dogs and
should not fear dogs

The application fee would be Rs. 100/- draw in favour of
DCP/Recruitment cell, New police line, Delhi and should be valid for three
months.
SC/ST and Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from
application fee.
