Staff
selection commission will hold an all India examination for recruitment to the
post of sub-inspectors in Delhi Police (DP) and Central Armed Police Forces
(CAPFs), Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
and Intelligence Officer in Narcotics control Bureau (NCB). The following are
some of the details about the required posts and eligibility criteria of those.
Sub-
Inspector in CAPFs: This post carries pay scale of Rs 9300-34800 in
pay band 2 with grade pay of Rs 4200 and is classified as group ‘B’
non-gazetted.

Intelligence
Officer in NCB: This post carries pay scale of Rs 9300-34800 in pay
band 2 with grade pay of Rs 4600 and is classified as group ‘B’ non-gazetted, non-ministerial.

Eligibility:-
-candidate must be either a citizen of India (or) a subject
of Nepal (or) a subject of Bhutan (or) a Tibetan refugee who came over to
India, before the 1st Jan 1962 with the intention of permanently
settling in India (or) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from
Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, The United
Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire,
Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently setting in India.
-Age limit is 20-25 years (Date of birth as recorded in the
matriculation/secondary education certificate).
-Bachelor’s degree from recognized university or equivalent.
Candidates who have not acquired or will not acquire the educational
qualification as on 1-1-2013 will not be eligible.
-male candidates must possess and also carry a valid driving
license for LMV(motor cycle and car)on the date fixed for physical endurance
and standard tests only for sub
inspector in Delhi police.

Important
Dates:
- Last date 12-4-2013 and for candidates residing
abroad 19-04-2013.
-Written exam (paper-I) on 10-06-2013.

The application must be submitted only in the prescribed
format on-line or on paper/off-line
Part-I registration available up to 10-04-2013.
Part-II registration available up to 12-04-2013.

Payment and Fee:
Fee – Rs 100(Exemption for women, ST, SC and Ex-servicemen
eligible for reservation).

The candidates submitting their applications on-line should pay the
requisite fee only through SBI either in chalan or net-banking.
-For Offline applications the candidates should pay the fee
by means of ”Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)”
