Asst. Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication) – 43 posts

Head Constable (Telecommunication) – 632 posts

Constable (Telecommunication) – 91 posts

Pay scale: Rs.5200/- to 20200/-

Eligibility Criteria for Each Post:

Age Limits:

18 - 25yrs for ASI

18 - 23yrs for HC

18- 23yrs for Constable

The age is consider on 20^th June 2013

Education Qualification:

Asst. Sub- Inspector - 10+2 or intermediate with 50% marks (mathematics, physics and chemistry) from recognized Board or Metric with diploma in electronics or Telecommunication from an institution recognized by state government or equivalent.

HC - 10+2 or intermediate with 50% marks (mathematics, physics and chemistry) from recognized Board or Matriculation or equivalent plus 2yrs I.T.I certificate in Electronics

Constable – Matriculation or equivalent with Science from recognized Board or institute or equivalent

Written Exam Pattern:

For ASI and HC

General English/ Hindi – 25 Marks

General Knowledge – 25 Marks

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Basic Electronics – 50 Marks

For Constable

General English/Hindi – 25 Marks

General Knowledge – 25 Marks

Science Subject – 50 Marks

Application Fee:

No fee For SC/ST and Ex-servicemen candidates

Fee Rs 50/- for General and OBC in the form of Bank Draft in Favor of

“Account Officer, SSB, FTR HQ, Luck now”

Or payable at SBI Branch, Luck now

Last Dates of application:

20^th June 2013 is last day of receive applications for all states except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division Of Jammu and Kashmir state, Lahaulapiti District and Pangi  Sub-Division of Chamba district of HP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, last date for these states is 27^th June 2013.
