When RTI Start

When it Right To Information Act Starts:

                                   This Right to Information Act (RTI) was designed by social responsible persons, who are demanding for LOKPAL BILL, Mr. Anna Hazare. This Right to Information Law was passed by parliament on 15^th June 2005 and come fully force on 12^th October 2005, that’s why we call this Right to Information Act 2005.

                                   This Right to Information act 2005 is applicable all are states in India except Jammu and Kashmir. citizens can get Information from all state in India according to Right to Information Act 2005, but citizens can get Information from Jammu & Kashmir has its own act Jammu & Kashmir Right to Information act 2009
