Rashtriya Ispat Nigam’s (RINL) current Finance Director P. Madhusudan assumed to take charge as
the chairman and managing director of RINL from 1st January 2014,
the Public Enterprises Selection Board had recommended his name for the top
post in RINL in June.

Union Cabinet approved a bill for the creation of Telagana state as 29th state

U. S economy grew 3.6% annual rate from July-September, the
fastest since early 2012.
Gross collection from direct taxes, that include personal

The Historic Lokpal and Lokayuktas Bill 2013 passed in Lok Sabha on 18th
December 2013. This Lokpal and Lokayuktas Bill 2013 paves the way for
establishment of an ombudsman to fight corruption in public offices and ensure

safeguards.
