5. Mark Sheets and Certificates from SSC/10th Class/ intermediate/ Degree and PG (Based on your Qualification).
6. Latest Cast/ Tribe Certificate issued by the Competent Authority for the purpose under the seal of Office for SC/ST candidates.
7. OBC certificate in the format prescribed by government of India. the certificate should be issued on the financial year 2013-14.
8. Experience/Service Certificate in the case of Officer Scale II and III.
9. No Objection Certification from the present Employer.
10. ID Proof in Original and Xerox.
11. Bio-Data Form : one Original and 3 Xeroxes

12. Two Character certificates obtained from 2 Gazetted Officers.
