ECET 2014 NOTIFICATION: The s Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced ECET 2014 notification. The full form of ECET is Engineering Common Entrance Test. ECET 2014 notification is on Feb -4th 2014 and the examination date is on may 10^th 2014.ECET 2014 provide an opportunity for admission in to technical course i.e. engineering. 

ECET 2014(engineering common entrance test) is a common entrance test for the diploma holders of Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy and  B.Sc (mathematics) candidates in the state. ECET 2014 is conducted for the student’s admission into B.E, B.Tech and B.pharmacy courses in the academic year of 2014-15. ECET 2014 is useful for direct entry into second year engineering course. This test is conducted by JNTU, Kakinada. The state government invites all the eligible candidates to apply ECET 2014.For more details of ECET 2014 notification visit below website.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR FOR ECET 2014

• The candidates who are applying for ECET 2014 should have passed diploma with minimum of 45% marks
• The candidates who are appearing in final year diploma can also eligible for ECET 2014
• The candidates who are applying for ECET 2014 examination should have passed degree with mathematics minimum of 45% marks.

Examination pattern

ECET 2014 test is an objective type. The Pattern of exam is different for different qualifications

For diploma:-

ECET 2014 test is conducted in four sections for diploma candidates

Mathematics (50 marks)

Physics (25 marks)

Chemistry (25 marks)

Polytechnic based questions (100 m arks)

For B.sc graduates:-

ECET 2014 test is conducted in three sections for B.Sc candidates

Mathematics (100 marks)

Analytical ability (50 marks)

Communicative English (50 marks)

For pharmacy:-

ECET 2014 test is conducted in four sections for pharmacy candidates

Pharmaceutics (50 marks)

Pharmaceutical chemistry (50 marks)

Pharmacognacy (50 marks)

Pharmacology (50 marks)
