Educational Qualification:

Technical Assistant (Statistics):

Graduate in Mathematics with statistics as one of the subjects/ Economics/ Operational Research/ Agricultural Statistics or equivalent with 2 years experience in the above mentioned subjects or 2 years Diploma in Computer Applications. (Essential)

Knowledge of Statistics related computer software like SPSS, EPI-INFO, EPI-STAT and application Packages like MS- Office. The candidate also have some knowledge on other programmes like VB, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, Oracle, ASP Programming/ Java Script as applicable to health research/ medical areas will be an advantage. (Desirable)

Technical Assistant (Programmer):

Graduate in information Technology/ information Science/ Computer Science/Electronics with computer application as one of the major subjects or equivalent from the recognized University with 2 years experience in Developing Software Applications Programmes for data disease data capture, Analysis, Data Base Management, Data Mining, Standardizing of archival data etc. (Essential)

At least one to 2 years experience on SQL Server, Java Script, ASP.NET, VB.NET with knowledge of Crystal reports, developing programmes for disease data processing, compilation etc.
