Educational Qualification SAIL Management Trainee posts:

Management Trainee (Technical): The candidate must have to complete Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering  and MCA 3years full time also eligible.

Management Trainee (Administrative): Bachelor degree in any disciplines with 60% marks with at least 2 years full time in MBA/PG diploma in specified discipline for HR/Materials/Marketing and CA/ICWA for finance.

Written Test Pattern:

The written Test will have 2 types and over all 5 sections

1. Domain Knowledge Test – 100 Marks – 75 mins duration

2. Aptitude Test – 25 Marks – 4 sections (Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal ability, Reasoning, General Awareness) – 75 Mins duration

Examination Fee:
