. UPSC Recruitment Notification:
UPSC Indian Economic Service (IES) / Indian Statistical
Service (ISS) Examination Recruitment 2014- Union Public Service Commission – UPSC has announced Recruitment Notification
on 08-02-2014 for Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service
(ISS) posts in India, Union Public Service Commission inviting applications
from interesting and Eligible Indian citizens to full fill the above mentioned vacancies of
UPSC. Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exam
is conducted by Union Public Service commission under the Government of India.

About UPSC:
UPSC- Union Public
Service Commission is an authorized central agency to conduct all the central
government entrance exams in India. UPSC was formed on October 1st 1926;
UPSC office was located in New Delhi, the commission consists of chairmen and
10 members

UPSC Release the IES and ISS recruitment Notification for
the vacancies of (i). 15- Indian Economics Service- IES (ii). 23- Indian
Statistical Service – ISS, total 38 vacancies
Eligibility Criteria:
a. Education Qualification: candidates must have passed Bachelor degree with relevant subjects from the Recognized University.
b. Age Limit: Age limit for the UPSC IES and ISS candidates’
age should be between 21years to 30 years (age relaxation as per the government
for reserved candidates)
c. Candidate must be physically fit to the posts of IES and
ISS
