VUDA - Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority has inviting the ONLINE Applications for the Auction of 56 Row Housing Units, These Row Housing Units nearer at Rushikond Beach Visakhapatnam It is gated community housings and this housing rows are nearer to the IT industries and Other Popular Educational Institutions and University, interested candied have to memorize Submit the ONLINE application before the Closing Date which is mentioned below.

Official VUDA Action Notification:

Rc.No. 6257/07/G3, AUCTION OF ROW HOUSING AT RUSHIKONDA, VISAKHAPATNAM- Applications are inviting from all the interested persons through Online for allotment of 56 Row Housing Units through bids. The applicant has to quote a price ranging 1% to 10% over and above the upset value of the Respective type of the unit which he/she is applying for Application along with terms and conditions, cost of Application EMD, Upset price, Category and size of units, auction details and other information is available at VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in

ROW Housing Size and Upset Price:

The Row Housing project has been developed close to the beach at Rushikonda area as a gated community in 6.78 acres in the vicinity of IT units and several educational institutions. Upset price for auction for east-facing unit with 2066 square feet plinth area (173.33 square yards) is Rs.71 lakh, west-facing (2,114 sft, 173.33 square yards) Rs.72 lakh, east-facing (2,222 sft, 187.78 square yards) Rs.77 lakh and for the east-facing unit (2386 sft, 202.22 square yards) is Rs.82.50 lakh.
