ITBP Constable Recruitment 2014: Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has announced recruitment notification to fill up 496 constable vacancies in various disciplines. ITBP Constable Recruitment 2014 is for the recruiting of various categories like Barber, Cook, Cobbler, Gardener, Safari Armchair, Tailor, Water Carrier and Washer man posts in the Indo Tibetan Border Police. Eligibility Criteria to apply for ITBP Constable Recruitment 2014:

Educational Qualification:

·         The candidates should have passed 10^th class and should have two years experience in respective trade for Constable (Tailor (male & Female)), Gardener& Cobbler (male only).

·         The candidates should have 10th Class pass from a recognized Board.

Age Limit:

·         The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 23 years for the posts of Constable (Tailor (male & Female)), Gardener & Cobbler (male only).

·         The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 25 years for the posts of Constable (Water Carrier/Safai Karamchari / Cook / Washer man /Barber (Male only)).

·         Age relaxation will be applicable for the reserved categories. For details of Age Relaxation visit the official notification.

Application Fee:

·         The candidates belonging to General and OBC category should pay the fee of Rs.50/- (Fifty only). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Ex-Servicemen and female are exempted from paying fee.

Selection Procedure:

·         The candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standard Test and Written Test.
