Indian Army SSC officer recruitment 2014:Indian Army, Officers Training Academy, Chennai has announced the notification about SSC officers in the Indian Army. This notification is for the recruiting of SSC technical officers.121 SSC officers posts are available for both men and women in the Indian Army. These posts are available for two categories. One is for SSC technical Officers for men and Women. Second category is for widow of Defense Personnel. Indian Army invites all the eligible Candidates for the posts of SSC Officers. The full form of SSC is Short Selection Commission. The last date to apply for the post is 3rd March 2014.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should possess final Year of Engineering Degree and who are qualified graduates of the Degree Course in Engineering, qualified graduates of the Degree Course must possess Engineering Degree at the time of joining training for Engineers (men & women).

Age limit: 

• The Candidates age should be between 20 to 27 years for the post of SSC Technical Men.
• The Candidates age should be between 20 to 31 years for the post of SSC Technical Women.
• The Candidates age should be between 19 to 29 years for the post of SSC Technical widow.

Physical Standards:

• Height and Weight foe men is 157.5cms with correlated weight
